Finally เส้นทาง PR สาขา Aged care มาแล้ว ผ่าน The Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement คือ นายจ้างต้องมี Labour Agreement จึงจะสามารถสปอนเซอร์ลูกจ้างด้วยวีซ่า subclass 482 พร้อม pathway ได้ PR ผ่าน the Employer Nomination Scheme หลังทำงานครบ 2 ปี❗️

อาชีพ👩‍⚕️

– Nursing Support Worker

– Personal Care Assistant

– Aged or Disabled Carer

มีการลดหย่อนเงื่อนไขในการขอวีซ่าดังนี้🔻

– pathway ได้ permanent residence ใน 2 ปี ผ่านทาง the Employer Nomination Scheme

– streamlined visa nomination and priority visa application processing

– ไม่ต้องใช้ประสบการณ์หลังเรียนจบ no post qualification work experience requirement

– ลดหย่อนเรื่องคะแนนภาษา English language concessions for workers with relevant community language skills

– annual salary of at least $51,222 AUD or the Australian Market Salary Rate, อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งที่สูงกว่า (ไม่ต้องเท่า TSMIT ที่กำลังจะปรับเป็น $70,000)

Key visa application requirements:

– เรียนจบจากออสเตรเลีย AQF Certificate III หรือเทียบเท่า หรือสูงกว่า

– ถ้าไม่มีวุฒิ ใช้ประสบการณ์ทำงานตรงสาย 12 months ฟูลไทม์หรือพาร์ทไทม์

– ถ้าจบจากต่างประเทศ หรือต้องการใช้ประสบการณ์แทนวุฒิ จะต้องทำ skill assessment กับ the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council or the Australian Community Workers Association (ถ้าเรียนจบจากออสตามที่กำหนด ไม่ต้องทำ skill assessment)

– มี IELTS 5.0 หรือเทียบเท่า คนที่มีทักษะการสื่อสาร target community language skills ที่ได้รับการจ้างงานโดย culturally and linguistically diverse aged care providers ต้องมีคะแนน IELTS 4.5 หรือเทียบเท่ากันอย่างน้อย

นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถยื่นวีซ่า 186 อีกด้วยนะคะ สามารถทำได้ ถ้ามีประสบการณ์การทำงานสองปี ฟูลไทม์ในออสเตรเลีย🇦🇺
